At Gallagher's Heating and Air Conditioning, we're crazy about training. We are so fanatical about your comfort-and the role of proper installation-that we spend 4,680 manhours, per year, training our employees. Some in our industry think we are insane to "waste" that much time on training. We don't see it as a waste. In fact, it's the only way of doing business that makes any sense to us.

See, training not only makes our employees smarter, it also makes them more efficient. And if we can deal with your comfort issues more quickly, we can not only save you money, but it's less of an intrusion into your life (which has to be a good thing, right?).
