We removed the swamp cooler and covered the hole in the roof with a new roof curb.  This home had a wall furnace and a swamp cooler.  We install a complete new R8 (33% more efficent then the current minimum standard R6) duct system.  We removed the wall furnace and ran gas piping to the roof.  We also ran a 220 volt electrical circit and a GFCI circut from the electrical panel. This job sold for $12,871.
