Shamrock Plus+ Club Membership Agreement

- Ultimate Priority Status: You always go to “the front of the line” over non-club members if you need service on your air conditioning or heating system. It’s the highest level of client status that we offer.
- VIP Emergency Repair Status: Only our Shamrock Club and new system clients get this status…if you have a problem during an evening, weekend or holiday, you are first in line, before non-Shamrock club members.
- Maintenance Service: Your membership includes our 20-Point air conditioning & 20-heating service. Leave the details to us, we contact you! Service is typically scheduled during mild temperatures.
- Energy Savings: University studies of system operations show that this type of system rejuvenation could save you an average of $32 per month in savings! – It could pay your whole year’s membership!
- Preferred Client Pricing Status: If your system requires repair, you’ll get up to 20% discounts off our printed repair pricing on needed repairs.
- “Fixed Forever” Guarantee: All repairs performed will be guaranteed for the *life of the system. Note: Client must be an “Active” member, and follow all recommended cleanings and tunings noted during bi-annual visits. Does not include (Heat exchanger or compressor.)
- “Pot of Gold” account: For each year of active enrollment, you will receive 50% of your membership as a credit to be applied to new heating-and-air-conditioning system(s), new duct system, major duct system repairs, water heaters, water purification system(s), or attic upgrade products!
- $25 quarterly “gift card”: You will receive a quarterly $25 Gift cards that may be applied to all the same products as the “Pot of Gold” account as well as major duct system repairs, IAQ products and specific ancillary products.
- “Peace Of Mind” Guarantee: Our service professionals provide you the highest level of client security. They must undergo a criminal background investigation, ongoing substance abuse testing as well as weekly technical and professional training just to become a member of our elite “Service Team”. This is our commitment to ensure we deliver to your door the most technically advanced, safe, and courteous service available in your area, anytime night or day should you request it.
- Newsletter: Your membership includes a subscription on the Shamrock Club member newsletter. This publication will be e-mailed to you 4 times per year, and provides timely education on HVAC & Plumbing systems.
