Mr. Gallagher, A few days ago we set up an appointment to get a quote on replacing the ducting in our home. We have been loyal customers of your company for about 30 years and so Gallagher’s was the first call we made. Our appointment was set for Wednesday 10/19/22 and the representative was to arrive at 4pm. Promptly at 4:00pm we met John Bordier. We have always found your employees to be polite and professional, but John exceeded expectation. He took time to listen to our needs, explain the installation process and present several options for our consideration. In addition, once a decision was made and the paperwork for install was signed, John helped us apply for financing which provided 18 months of interest free payments. He is no doubt a well trained technician but more than that he is a really nice guy. We wanted to make sure you knew what a great job John did for us today. He is one of the reasons we will continue to do business with Gallagher’s Heating and and Air.

Our air conditioning went out recently during a hot spell. I called Gallagher’s and scheduled a service call. Technician Luke came to our house. He was professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly replaced the defective part. I was impressed. Our A/C is now humming along like new. And the charges were pleasantly reasonable. I highly recommend Gallagher’s.
