Who do we send emails to?
If you received an email newsletter, or any other type of email from our company, you are a paid customer or you have indicated that you would like to be included in our mailings. Our email program is an “Opt-In” program and our company uses a third party service to manage our emails. It is our company policy to never spam or send unwanted emails.
If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited email from Gallagher’s, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to firstname.lastname@example.org for review. Or you can select the “Unsubscribe Link” at the bottom of the email. Upon your request, we will make sure that your email address is removed from our database.
How we protect your privacy
We use a third party email management company that has the appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
Sharing and Usage
Gallagher’s will never share, sell or rent personal information with anyone for any reason without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.
When we send you emails, we may include a cookie or web beacon to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails. When you click on a link in an email, we may record this individual response to allow us to customize our offerings to you. Web beacons collect only limited information, such as a cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the URL). If you do not wish to receive Web Beacons via email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email software.
